Cancellation Policy
10 minute grace period. After that, appointment is canceled -OR-
A $10 late fee will be added to the service cost.
ALL cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
If cancellation is made WITHIN the 24 hour period a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file.
ALL no call/ no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Any deposits made are transferable ONE TIME when rescheduled WITH a 24 hour notice.
